It deserves its 4 stars. Polite staff, incredible location. We liked an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was PLEASANT.
In the bathroom the shower drain was blocked.

We recommend it to those visiting York. Very clean place, loyal staff, fantastic location. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of delicious options. Furthermore, they had free Wi-Fi.

Very clean, lovely bed, perfect location. The restaurant was cosy, offered good food. Greatly enjoyed that we had an iron, an electronic key card and television in the executive double room. There was a friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Choosing for lunch Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms, which is situated 300 metres away was a good idea. It is near the airport. Excellent home base for city trip in York.
